All provisions of this chapter were adopted by the Department of Health and were filed and became effective 11/16/1971 as R.1971 d.207. See: 3 N.J.R. 152(a), 3 N.J.R. 256(d). Amendments which delayed the expiration date from July 1, 1980 to July 1, 1981 were filed on June 17, 1980 to become effective on July 10, 1980 as R.1980 d.257. See: 12 N.J.R. 262(b), 12 N.J.R. 406(a). Further amendments were filed and became effective 8/6/1981 as R.1981 d.283. See: 13 N.J.R. 265(a), 13 N.J.R. 485(b). Further amendments were filed and became effective on 3/7/1983 as R.1983 d.66. See: 14 N.J.R. 1273(a), 15 N.J.R. 336(a). Amendments to repeal Chapter 30 were filed and became effective on 6/20/1983 as R.1983 d.236. See: 15 N.J.R. 279(a), 15 N.J.R. 1022(b). This amendment repealed all of Chapter 30 except for N.J.A.C. 8:30-14 which was transferred and recodified as N.J.A.C. 8:39-27. Chapter 30, Rules Implementing the Health Care Professional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, was adopted as new rules by R.2017 d.095, effective 5/15/2017 . Chapter 30, Rules Implementing the Health Care Professional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, was readopted with technical changes, effective 3/25/2024 . As a part of the readoption with technical changes, Subchapter 1, Rules Implementing the Health Care Prfessional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, was renamed Rules Implementing the Health Care Professional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, effective 5/6/2024 .
